Vice President of The Kidder Group, Inc.
Dahlia Rehg is Vice President of The Kidder Group, Inc. She brings a depth of technology and strategic business knowledge from her experience working at both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.
A native of Virginia, Dahlia has lived all over the country in the name of her career – from Michigan and Texas working for Dow Chemical, to Silicon Valley at Applied Materials, Inc., to Arizona and Southern California helping build and grow technology start-ups. Over the years she has held roles ranging from technical service in the plastics industry, to strategic marketing management in the semiconductor business, to business development in the IT and electronics industries. More recently she mentored and assisted talented international candidates as they applied to top tier graduate business schools in the U.S. Today she is happy to call Greenville, and the Upstate of South Carolina, her home.
Dahlia has a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA in marketing/general management from UVA’s Darden School of Business.
Dahlia is an active participant in her Jewish faith and culture. She served on the Board of Directors at Greenville’s Temple of Israel for seven years, including a two-year term as President of the Board from 2010-2012. She also is a two-time chair of ShalomFest, the Upstate’s only Jewish food and cultural festival, helping to bring record numbers of people to the Temple of Israel for a day of education, food and fun. In 2014, the Lieutenant Governor of South Carolina appointed Dahlia to the 12-member South Carolina Council on the Holocaust. She continues to serve on the Council, whose purpose is to honor South Carolina Holocaust survivors and liberators and to continue promoting Holocaust education within the state.
In her spare time, Dahlia is devoted to her three children. She cheers them on at their soccer games, and volunteers at their schools. During the summer, she and her husband and kids love to boat on beautiful nearby Lake Keowee, and in the winter you can often find them on the ski slopes. In between, she loves to curl up in a comfortable chair with a good book.
Dahlia specializes in recruiting in the fields of Manufacturing Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management. She can be reached on her phone or on her e-mail.
